Job summary

UG2 is seeking a Facility Helper to assist the facilities management team in a fast-paced environment in the United States. You will help with general maintenance, cleaning, and operational tasks to keep spaces safe, clean, and well-functioning for staff and visitors.

The role favors a high school diploma or equivalent, physical ability for lifting and standing, and good teamwork and communication. Training is provided, with opportunities to grow within UG2’s client-focused facilities services

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in facilities, custodial, or general labor roles is a plus.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Basic understanding of tools, equipment, and facility operations preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities
