The Hospitality Workplace Experience Agent is a key frontline ambassador for Latham’s Workplace Experience team, serving as a primary point of contact for all personnel and guests in our space. This role focuses on creating a warm, professional, and service-oriented environment by overseeing, anticipating, and fulfilling day-to-day support needs related to work areas and office services. The Workplace Experience Agent builds genuine connections with internal and external clients by greeting and escorting visitors, addressing questions and concerns, anticipating needs, and tailoring solutions to deliver customized, seamless experiences. This position is based in our Global Services Office in Downtown Los Angeles and requires an on-site presence from 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
