Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in event coordination or a related field.
• Bay Area based – must work onsite five days a week in the San Francisco office.
• Proficient with Google Workspace, JIRA, Confluence, and Slack.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and partner with cross‑functional partners and external vendors.
• Lead a team of Workplace Experience Coordinators.
• Ensure events comply with building and local requirements.
