Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Madison, WI seeks a Manager, Project Designer to be the primary liaison for assigned accounts and to lead workplace strategy implementation. You will manage design associates and ensure projects meet client requirements with strong presentation and documentation support.

You will collaborate with CRE teams, develop space plans, and deliver final design concepts that satisfy safety codes and client objectives, while maintaining organized project data and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture or Interior Design (NCIDQ a plus).
• 5–8 years’ experience in interior design, architecture or space planning.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; REVIT a plus.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Serves as main point of contact for account and project team.
• Implements workplace strategy and client standards.
• Delivers space planning and test fits; suggests improvements.
• Develops proposals to maximize space efficiency and align with CRE goals.
• Prepares final documents for client approval and presentation.
