Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Manager, Project Designer to be the primary contact for assigned accounts. You will implement workplace strategy, lead a design team, and deliver project concepts, drawings, and final client-ready documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design (NCIDQ a plus).
• 5-8 years’ experience in interior design, architecture, or space planning.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• AutoCAD required (REVIT a plus).
• Proficient with CAFM software (Serraview, Manhattan, Center Stone, Planon, Archibus).
• Proficient in space planning for varying space sizes.
• Ability to read construction documents and understand codes.

Responsibilities

• Main point of contact for account and design team coordination.
• Implements workplace strategy and standards; supports design associates.
• Create test fits and space improvements addressing client needs.
• Develop concepts and final documents for client approval; organize data for presentations.
• Manage MAC (Moves, Adds, and Changes) and generate progress reports.
