Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Salem, OR seeks a Manager, Project Designer to lead design efforts for assigned accounts. You will implement workplace strategy, supervise design associates, and deliver client-ready concepts and documents.

Role requires strong CAD skills, space planning experience, and the ability to coordinate with real estate and project teams to optimize space and meet safety standards.

Qualifications

• Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited program.
• 5–8 years’ experience in interior design, architecture, or space planning.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; REVIT a plus; strong CAD and drafting skills.
• Familiar with CAFM software and space planning concepts.
• Excellent organization, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for assigned account and manage design associates.
• Implement workplace strategy, standards, and space plans.
• Create test fits and propose workplace improvements to meet client needs.
• Provide proposals to maximize space efficiency and align with CRE goals.
• Coordinate with CRE team members and prepare client-ready documents.
