Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Project Manager - Workplace Delivery to lead client-site projects and tenant improvements, aligning scope with GRE objectives and meeting business needs.

You will coordinate with account teams, design and construction professionals, and facility managers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and high-quality results. Procore and MS Project experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in engineering or architecture and engineering/construction PM background.
• Minimum 5 years project management experience in engineering/construction.
• Hands-on experience with tenant improvements and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, scope, budget, and schedule for multiple projects.
• Coordinate with account, design, construction, and facility teams.
• Ensure adherence to budgets, schedules, and service levels.
• Input and maintain project data in IWMS and Procore; prepare reports.
