Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 5+ years of related experience; supervisory or lead experience preferred.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts or procedures clearly.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational skills with a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, greeting them warmly.
  • Record and log service requests and track statuses; assist management as needed.
  • Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities for requests.
  • Deliver world-class customer service to all individuals in the facility.
  • Build and maintain a database of local recommendations (transportation, dining, entertainment).
  • Follow property security and emergency procedures to ensure safety.
  • Address inquiries or complaints professionally and provide suitable solutions.
  • Resolve complex problems and drive team objectives forward.
  • May establish new techniques to help the team meet goals.
  • Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values; help build consensus.

About the Role:

As a CBRE Concierge, you will assist guests, customers, and tenants with business and personal needs. This includes making reservations, scheduling transportation services, and providing recommendations on local attractions.

This job is part of the Workplace Experience function. They are responsible for providing world-class customer service to the clients and visitors of a designated building. (Located next to Pier 91 - Elliott Bay)

The hours for this role will be Monday - Friday 9am to 6:00 PM (Some flexibility for event schedules would be preferred.) This role will focus most heavily on from desk reception and hospitality for visitors and employees. We work as a united team and assist one another in all aspects. We do validate on-site parking and have company shuttles at a few points around town as well.

What You’ll Do:
  • Be the first point of contact for all those entering the facility. Greet them with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
  • Record and log service requests and track the statuses. Provide administrative aid to management as needed.
  • Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of the requestor. Respond to requests in a timely manner.
  • Deliver world-class customer service to all individuals in the facility. Encourage guests and tenants to refer personal and business associates to the location.
  • Build and maintain a database of local business recommendations. This includes preferred transportation sources, dining, entertainment, etc.
  • Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures. Notify appropriate parties to ensure the safety of all individuals in the building.
  • Acknowledge inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors. Provide solutions in a professional customer service-driven manner.
  • Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to existing solutions to accomplish team objectives.
  • May establish new techniques to ensure the team is able to meet its objectives.
  • Has a direct impact on the team objectives as well as the objectives of related teams.
  • Ensure personal and team outcomes have a positive impact on customer objectives.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Guide team through the application of basic knowledge of practices and procedures. Work to build consensus.
What You’ll Need:
  • High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience. Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
  • in-depth understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function and basic knowledge of related job functions required.
  • Requires the ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information.
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a master-level inquisitive mindset.
