Qualifications

• Demonstrates spiritual maturity and a Christian lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Visit company worksites regularly to build relationships with employees.
• Provide confidential pastoral discussions for personal and family issues.
• Assist in planning or attending funerals and providing grief support.
• Coordinate with leadership to respond to serious events and ongoing care needs.
• Offer literature and resources for life issues and post-termination support when needed.
• Represent the chaplain program to clients and participate in new employee orientation.
