Responsibilities

• Serve as messenger of faith and mission.
• Visit company worksites weekly to build trust.
• Provide confidential pastoral discussions.
• Assist in funerals or memorial services.
• Coordinate referrals for specialized assistance.
• Support employees and families at hospitals, nursing homes, etc.
• Support post-termination care when needed.
• Provide literature and resources to employees.
