Qualifications

• Ability to work as a member of an interdisciplinary group and in an interfaith setting.
• Excellent listening and interpersonal skills with clients, employees and families.
• Christian lifestyle and active participation in a biblically based church.
• Professionalism in diplomacy, patience, and courtesy with diverse groups.
• Strong written and verbal communication, documenting accurately.

Responsibilities

• Visit company worksites regularly to interact with employees and build trust.
• Provide confidential pastoral discussions and referrals to employees and families.
• Plan, conduct or attend funerals and provide follow-up support during grief.
• Assist in notifying families about serious incidents or deaths and support transitions.
• Support employee orientation with information about Employee Care Service.
