Qualifications

• Ability to work in an interdisciplinary team and interfaith setting.

• Demonstrated diplomacy, courtesy, and client service in stressful situations.
• Deep Christian values and active participation in a biblically based church.
• Must have an active state driver’s license where servicing clients.

Responsibilities

• Visit client sites weekly to engage employees and foster trust.
• Provide confidential pastoral discussions for personal issues as needed.
• Offer life-issue resources and referrals for specialized assistance.
• Assist in planning and attending funerals for employees and families.
• Support employee care services and respond to executive leadership requests.
