Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Communications Associate to support Workplace Change Management Programs. You will develop and coordinate employee communications and materials for workplace initiatives delivered as part of a broader change management program for a global client, including relocations, renovations, expansions, and integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of employee or corporate communications experience preferred.
• Excellent writing, editing, proofreading and presentation skills.
• Ability to tailor messages for diverse employee audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop communication materials and coordinate review cycles for workplace change initiatives.
• Support engagement activities, FAQs, leader talking points, and project updates.
• Gather and validate information from stakeholders and manage version control.
• Advise on communications timing, sequencing and delivery channels.
• Prepare materials for leaders and people managers and track engagement data.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders across time zones and travel as needed.
