Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Communications Coordinator to support Workplace Change Management programs. You will craft communications, coordinate review cycles, and prepare materials for leaders and employees.

This role involves collaboration with global teams and ensuring clear messaging across multiple channels. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in corporate communications, excellent writing and presentation skills, and a solid grasp of change management principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, HR or related field preferred.
• Two–three years in employee or corporate communications or related field preferred.
• Strong writing, editing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop employee communications and materials for workplace initiatives.
• Coordinate review cycles, track approvals and maintain version control.
• Prepare leader talking points, emails, FAQs and project updates.
• Support engagement activities, surveys and readiness efforts.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders across time zones.
