Compass Group USA in Boston is seeking a Workplace Ambassador to support the Conference Services team, exceed client expectations for all conference reservations, and assist with vendor coordination and seating management. You will monitor seating, greet new hires, and help with workstation moves, ensuring accurate name tags and smooth operations.

Responsabilités

• Work with Conference Services to exceed client expectations for all conference reservations and requests.
• Enter/Create/Monitor Service Request Tickets for Vendor Services.
• Monitor hoteling desks and office seating; ensure name tags and seating accuracy.
• Greet new hires and provide office tours; assist with seating needs.
• Monitor conference rooms, social hubs, and related spaces for readiness and cleanliness.

Pay 2

Salary: $30-$35/hr

Job Summary

As the Workplace Ambassador at KKK, will work with the Conference Services team to exceed client expectations for all conference reservations and requests.

Vendor Support:

• Enter/Create/Monitor Service Request Tickets for Vendor Services
• Vendor Escort
• Assist the OM with maintaining Vendor COIs (Certificate of Insurance)
• Assist the OM with vendor scheduling and coordination

Seating & Employee Support:

• Monitor hoteling desks and office seating
• Monitor seat occupancy and ensure correct name tags are in place
• Assist the OM with greeting the new hire and providing a tour
• Assist visiting employee with seating requests
• Support with workstation clean-outs and employee move efforts

Conference & Social Hub Oversight,Floors 10-13:

• Monitor supplies, tech functionality, and cleanliness in:
  • Conference Rooms, Huddle & Focus Rooms
  • Social Hubs and Wellness Rooms
  • Check for no-shows on conference room reservations
