You will coordinate with vendors, manage seating for employees, and oversee conference spaces to ensure clean, well-equipped environments.

• Conference & Social Hub Oversight: Monitor supplies, tech, cleanliness in conference rooms and social hubs

Position Title: Workplace Ambassador KKR Boston

Salary: $30-$35/hr

Job Summary

As the Workplace Ambassador at KKR, will work with the Conference Services team to exceed client expectations for all conference reservations and requests.

Vendor Support

• Enter/Create/Monitor Service Request Tickets for Vendor Services
• Vendor Escort
• Assist the OM with maintaining Vendor COIs (Certificate of Insurance)
• Assist the OM with vendor scheduling and coordination

Seating & Employee Support

• Monitor hoteling desks and office seating
• Monitor seat occupancy and ensure correct name tags are in place
• Assist the OM with greeting the new hire and providing a tour
• Assist visiting employee with seating requests
• Support with workstation clean-outs and employee move efforts

Conference & Social Hub Oversight, Floors 10-13

• Monitor supplies, tech functionality, and cleanliness in:
• Conference Rooms, Huddle & Focus Rooms
• Social Hubs and Wellness Rooms
• Check for no-shows on conference room reservations
