Target in Minneapolis seeks a Sr Accommodations Business Partner to manage complex accommodation cases, advise HR and leadership, and ensure ADA/ADAA compliance. You will coordinate processes, provide guidance, and stay current with evolving disability laws.
You will mentor new colleagues, maintain a 50–80 case workload, and collaborate with ER/Legal to optimize outcomes while supporting a trusted team member experience.
Pay range: $73,000.00 - $132,000.00. Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including labor markets, education, work experience and certifications.

The Workplace Accommodations Team ensures an inclusive experience for all Target team members by providing accommodations that enable team members to perform the essential functions of a position and to enjoy equal benefits and privileges of employment. You will be the primary contact working directly with team members and local HR and leadership in providing workplace accommodations, including assessment of the accommodation request, SME in determining reasonable accommodations available to meet the needs of the team member, coordination of implementation and monitoring of the accommodation over time to ensure it continues to meet the needs of the team members. As a SME on Target’s accommodations processes, as well as state and federal disability and accommodation laws, you will collaborate and advocate on behalf of team members throughout the process to ensure accommodation needs are met.
This individual will be experienced in answering questions related to the accommodations process, understanding each unique team member’s situation, responding to changing circumstances and needs, and paving the way for a connected and trusted team member experience. The individual in this role must possess self‑management skills, ability to develop creative and innovative solutions, a desire to share knowledge and an ability to translate business needs and goals into reasonable accommodations that will produce favorable results for Target team members and meet business needs.

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
