Job summary

Allegiance Industries, Inc. is currently hiring a Working Site Supervisor for a Monday–Friday shift from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM at an Education facility.

The role involves managing an assigned shift, interviewing, hiring, and training janitorial staff, and overseeing daily workflows for cleaners. The job emphasizes maintaining safety, performing inspections, and communicating with the client to meet contract needs.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of supervisory experience in the janitorial field.
• Experience managing janitorial operations.
• Proven experience motivating and training staff.
• Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines; self-directed.
• Ability to plan, organize, prioritize and achieve effective time management.

Responsibilities
