Job summary

Allegiance Industries is seeking a Janitorial Site Supervisor for our Bethune, SC facility on the 1st shift (10:00 AM - 6:00 PM). The role is on-site with a manufacturing environment.

You will lead the cleaning team, hire and train staff, and ensure safety and high-quality standards. Qualified candidates have 2-5 years of supervisory janitorial experience, enjoy coaching others, and possess strong organization and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of supervisory experience in janitorial field.
• Experience managing janitorial operations.
• Proven ability to motivate and train staff.
• Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
• Self-directed with good time management.
• Proven computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned shift or site.
• Interview, hire, and train janitorial staff.
• Must have cleaning or housekeeping experience.
• Oversee daily workflow and schedule assignments of cleaners.
• Provide a safe and secure working environment for staff and visitors.
• Conduct regular walk-throughs and cleaning inspections.
• Fill in when needed and perform other related duties.
• Maintain communication with client and facility staff to meet security contract needs.
• Demonstrate and promote company culture, values, and management philosophy.

We are looking for you to…

• Manage an assigned shift or site
