Job summary

Allegiance-Industries in Bethune, SC is seeking a Janitorial Site Supervisor to manage a shift at our manufacturing facility, overseeing cleaners and ensuring quality and safety.

Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training staff, scheduling, and maintaining strong communication with the client. Manufacturing supervision background preferred; solid computer skills required.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of supervisory experience in the janitorial field.
• Experience managing janitorial operations.
• Proven experience motivating and training staff.
• Ability to plan, organize, prioritize and achieve effective time management.

Job Shift: 1st

Currently hiring: Janitorial Site Supervisor

Shift: Monday - Friday (10:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
