Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Adobe Workfront expert to join our solution consulting and implementation team. You will advise clients, design configurations, and enable internal capability to accelerate large-scale Workfront programs.

Role requires strong client consultative skills, hands-on Workfront configuration, and the ability to lead discovery sessions with cross-functional stakeholders. Some travel will be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a Workfront System Administrator or in a consultancy Workfront delivery role.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Workfront implementation and project optimization.
• Minimum of 2 years experience leading discovery and requirements workshops with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with commercial and pre-sales instincts, with the ability to scope, price, and position complex solutions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate's degree, minimum 6 years work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Solution Leadership – advise clients and accelerate delivery as a product owner or support client product owner on large implementations.
• Configuration SME – build and test configurations across the full range of Workfront capabilities.
• Internal Capability Enablement – accelerate practice growth through knowledge sharing, training, and partner certification.
• Provide best practice guidance on Adobe Workfront to clients and internal teams.
• Design, build, and configure Workfront functionality to meet business requirements.
• Lead discovery sessions and define scalable solutions through process design.
• Analyze Workfront requirements to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Configure Workfront objects such as forms, templates, programs, dashboards, approvals, and more.
• Coordinate acceptance testing and drive issue resolution to completion.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with project stakeholders within a delivery team.
