Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Adobe Workfront expert to join our team as a solution consultant and implementation lead. You will help clients adopt the Workfront platform, lead discovery sessions, and deliver scalable configurations across large transformation programs.

The role requires hands‑on configuration, advisory engagement, and cross‑functional collaboration with stakeholders. Travel may range from 0–100% depending on client needs, and a strong mix of consulting and product ownership

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Workfront System Administrator or in a consultancy Workfront delivery role.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Workfront implementation and project optimization.
• Minimum 2 years experience leading discovery and requirements workshops with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with commercial and pre‑sales instincts, with the ability to scope, price, and position complex solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s degree, minimum 6 years work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide solution leadership and advisory capacity to define solutions and accelerate delivery.
• Serve as Configuration SME, building and testing Workfront configurations.
• Enable internal capability through knowledge sharing, training, and partner certification.
• Offer best practice guidance on Adobe Workfront to clients and internal teams.
• Design, build, and configure Workfront functionality to meet business processes and requirements.
• Lead discovery sessions to define scalable solutions and collect requirements.
• Configure Workfront objects including forms, templates, programs, dashboards, notifications, and more.
• Coordinate acceptance testing and drive issue resolution to completion.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with project stakeholders within delivery teams.
