Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Workfront System Administrator or in a consultancy Workfront delivery role.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Workfront implementation and project optimization.
• Minimum of 2 years experience showcasing the ability to lead discovery and requirements workshops with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with commercial and pre‑sales instincts, with the ability to scope, price, and position complex solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s degree, minimum 6 years work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Solution Leadership – Working with clients in an advisory capacity to help define solutions and accelerate delivery as a product owner, or work in support of a client product owner, on large scale implementations and transformation programs.
• Configuration SME – Building and testing configurations across the full range of Workfront capabilities.
• Internal Capability Enablement – Training and knowledge sharing to accelerate practice growth.
• Providing best practice guidance on Adobe Workfront to clients and internal teams.
• Designing, building, and configuring Workfront functionality to meet business process and application requirements.
• Leading discovery sessions with new clients and applying process design principles to define scalable solutions.
• Collecting and analyzing Workfront requirements against client business processes to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Configuring Adobe Workfront objects including forms, templates, programs, portfolios, reports, dashboards, approvals, milestones, email notifications, statuses, job roles, teams, groups, companies, expense types, layouts, filters, views, groupings, etc.
• Coordinating acceptance testing and driving issue resolution through to completion.
• Working cross‑functionally with project stakeholders as part of a broader delivery team.
