Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Adobe Workfront expert to join our team in a solution consulting and implementation role. You will help clients adopt Adobe Marketing Cloud and support business transformations, combining architecture with hands-on configuration.

Role includes leading discovery, configuring Workfront objects, and enabling internal capability growth while coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders; travel may be required up to 100% depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years as a Workfront System Administrator or in a consultancy Workfront delivery role.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Workfront implementation and project optimization.
• Minimum of 2 years experience leading discovery and requirements workshops with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Minimum of 2 years experience with pre-sales, scoping, pricing, and positioning complex solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; if Associate’s degree, minimum 6 years work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide solution leadership to accelerate delivery as a product owner or support a client product owner.
• Act as Configuration SME, building and testing configurations across Workfront capabilities.
• Enable internal capability growth through knowledge sharing and training.
• Offer best-practice guidance on Adobe Workfront to clients and internal teams.
• Design, build, and configure Workfront objects to meet business needs.
• Lead discovery sessions and translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Analyze client processes to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Configure Workfront objects such as forms, templates, programs, dashboards, and alerts.
• Coordinate acceptance testing and drive issue resolution to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders within the delivery team.
