Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Adobe Workfront expert to join our solution consulting and implementation team in the United States. The role blends solution architecture with hands‑on Workfront configuration to enable clients to adopt the Adobe Marketing Cloud and accelerate business transformations.

You will lead discovery, define scalable Workfront solutions, configure objects, and coordinate testing while collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Workfront System Administrator or in a consultancy Workfront delivery role.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Workfront implementation and project optimization.
• Minimum of 2 years experience leading discovery and requirements workshops with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with commercial and pre‑sales instincts, with the ability to scope, price, and position complex solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s degree, minimum 6 years work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Solution Leadership – advise clients to define solutions and accelerate delivery as a product owner or support client product owner on large scale implementations.
• Configuration SME – build and test Workfront configurations across the full range of capabilities.
• Internal Capability Enablement – share knowledge, define services, provide training and enable partner certification.
• Provide best practice guidance on Adobe Workfront to clients and internal teams.
• Design, build, and configure Workfront functionality to meet business process and application requirements.
• Lead discovery sessions with new clients and apply process design principles to define scalable solutions.
• Collect and analyze Workfront requirements against client processes to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Configure Adobe Workfront objects including forms, templates, programs, dashboards, notifications, roles, teams, and more.
• Coordinate acceptance testing and drive issue resolution through to completion.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with project stakeholders as part of a broader delivery team.
