Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Adobe Workfront expert to join our team in a solution consulting and implementation role. You will lead advisory work, configure complex Workfront environments, and enable internal capability through training and best practices.

This role involves designing scalable Workfront solutions, leading discovery with clients, and coordinating delivery with cross‑functional teams. Travel may be required; strong client consultative skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Workfront System Administrator or in a consultancy Workfront delivery role.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Workfront implementation and project optimization.
• Minimum of 2 years experience showcasing the ability to lead discovery and requirements workshops with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with commercial and pre‑sales instincts, with the ability to scope, price, and position complex solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s degree, minimum 6 years work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Solution Leadership – advise clients to define solutions and accelerate delivery as a product owner or support client product owner on large implementations.
• Configuration SME – build and test Workfront configurations across capabilities.
• Internal Capability Enablement – share knowledge, define services, train, and support partner certification.
• Providing best practice guidance on Adobe Workfront to clients and internal teams.
• Designing, building, and configuring Workfront to meet business process requirements.
• Leading discovery sessions with new clients and applying design principles to scalable solutions.
• Collecting requirements against client processes to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Configuring Workfront objects including forms, templates, programs, dashboards, notifications, statuses, roles, teams, groups, companies, layouts, filters, and more.
• Coordinating acceptance testing and issue resolution through to completion.
• Working cross‑functionally with project stakeholders as part of a broader delivery team.
