Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Manager to lead Workforce Reinvention initiatives, leveraging data and analytics to guide end-to-end programs across Digital, Cloud, and Enterprise Functions. You will manage teams, identify AI-enabled transformation opportunities, and collaborate with partners to shape future work, while mentoring staff and supporting business development and client engagements.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience across integrated Talent functions including Talent Strategy, Strategic Workforce Planning, Skills-Based Talent Practices, Talent Intelligence, Strategic Sourcing, Learning Strategy & Development, Workforce Transformation, and Technology Talent Development.

Responsibilities

Shape end-to-end Workforce Reinvention programs using data and analytics.
Lead project teams using data collection and assessment tools to identify AI/automation impact and transformation pathways.
Collaborate with Ecosystem Alliance Partners to design AI-enabled workforce solutions.
Design operating models where humans focus on judgment and creativity while machines handle routine work.
Mentor teams and support business development, including SOWs and client presentations.
