Accenture, in collaboration with Archer, seeks a strategic Workforce Design Lead to guide people change amid AI-enabled transformation in Life Sciences. You will shape roles, oversee workforce transition strategy, and align organizational design with technology initiatives across high-impact engagements.

Travel up to 80% may be required. You will engage with C‑suite leadership, develop stakeholder materials, and drive adoption metrics to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading workforce change in consulting or industry.
• Proven ability to drive technology or AI-driven transformation.
• Ability to redesign roles during large-scale process changes.
• Knowledge of Life Sciences workforce dynamics.
• Strong client-facing communication at VP/leadership level.

Responsabilités

• Lead the people change agenda for the pod's engagement, defining role evolution as AI is deployed.
• Own the workforce transition strategy for the pod's scope and ensure timely change adoption.
• Coordinate with Process Blueprint Lead and AI Innovators on organizational implications of design decisions.
• Develop communications and stakeholder engagement materials for leadership audiences.
• Track adoption signals and surface resistance patterns early to prevent delivery risks.
• Contribute workforce insights to the enterprise AI Transformation Office.
