Accenture is seeking a Workforce & Change Consultant to help design workforces and manage change for leading Life Sciences clients in the United States. You will work with cross-functional teams to assess current states, craft change materials, and guide adoption of new processes and AI-enabled ways of working.

You are an experienced practitioner who can engage senior stakeholders, articulate complex ideas clearly, and thrive in ambiguous environments.
