Job summary

Accenture in the Life Sciences Reinventive Enterprise practice seeks a Workforce & Change Consultant to drive change management across transformational workstreams. You will conduct stakeholder assessments, develop communications, and align activities with training delivery, supporting AI-enabled workforce transitions.

Requires at least 3 years in change management, stakeholder mapping, and readiness analysis; consulting or industry experience; strong written communication and cross-functional

Qualifications

• 3+ years in change management, OD, or HR transformation in consulting or industry.
• Experience with change impact analysis, stakeholder mapping, and readiness assessments.
• Experience developing change communications and adoption materials.
• Familiarity with Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter or equivalent methodologies.
• Strong written communication for audience-appropriate materials.

Responsibilities

• Support workforce design and change delivery across the pod's transformation workstreams.
• Conduct stakeholder assessments, change impact analyses, and readiness surveys.
• Develop communications, change materials, and adoption plans for functional audiences.
• Track adoption signals and surface resistance patterns to the Workforce Design Lead.
• Coordinate with Learning & Development to align change activities with training.
