Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workforce Design Lead in its Life Sciences Reinventive Enterprise practice to steer the people change agenda as AI is deployed within the pod. You will shape how roles evolve, own the workforce transition, and coordinate with AI innovators to manage organizational implications and stakeholder communications.

The role requires strong VP-level client engagement, 8+ years in workforce strategy or talent transformation, and readiness to travel up to 80% to client sites.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of combined experience in workforce strategy, organizational design, or talent transformation in a consulting or in-industry context
• Experience leading change management programs for technology or AI-driven transformation engagements
• Redesigning roles and capabilities in the context of large-scale process and technology change
• Familiarity with Life Sciences functional workforce dynamics and organizational structures
• Strong client-facing communication skills at the VP and functional leadership level

Responsibilities

• Lead the people change agenda for the pod's engagement — defining how roles must evolve as AI takes over tasks in the specific functional area
• Own the workforce transition strategy for the pod's functional scope and ensure change lands at the same time as the technology
• Coordinate with the pod's Process Blueprint Lead and AI Innovators on the organizational implications of process and technology design decisions
• Develop communications and stakeholder engagement materials for the pod's functional leadership audience
• Track adoption signals and surface resistance patterns early — before they become delivery risks
• Contribute the pod's workforce insights to the enterprise-level AI Transformation Office
