Responsibilities

• Identify and fulfill training needs for businesses through tailored programs.
• Promote, implement and oversee state programs (260E, 260F, 260G).
• Recruit, hire and coordinate trainers to conduct classes.
• Coordinate training activities and maintain records for programs.
• Communicate with Business and Industry on eligible programs; provide customer service to internal and external customers.
