Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 2+ years' experience as an HR Generalist or Specialist in a multi-unit environment OR 3 years Walmart management with 2 years supervising.

Responsabilités

• Leads hourly and salaried Workforce Management programs and initiatives.
• Drives Workforce Management strategy to improve associate experiences and retention.
• Manages talent acquisition strategies, supports interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
• Manages talent pipelines and succession plans; analyzes talent data to close gaps.
• Oversees talent reviews to identify gaps and plan development.
• Evaluates program effectiveness; supports community outreach and cost efficiency.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities; fosters belonging and performance.
• Promotes company policies and ethics; supports Open Door Policy.
• Drives multiple business plans; removes barriers and ensures contingency plans.
