Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, and 2 years' experience in HR Generalist or Specialist roles OR 3 years Walmart management experience with 2 years supervising other salaried managers.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Leads execution of Workforce Management programs and initiatives by identifying needs, developing business plans, identifying barriers, providing training resources, and measuring progress.
• Drives Workforce Management strategy to improve associate experiences, retention, and performance through scheduling optimization and data-driven actions.
• Manages talent acquisition strategy for assigned stores, sourcing diverse candidates, coordinating interviews and offers.
• Oversees talent review activities and succession planning to understand gaps and inform recruitment and workforce planning.
