Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Workforce Software (WFS) / ADP Workforce Management.
• Strong functional knowledge: Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Absence Management, Labor Forecasting, Employee Scheduling.
• Strong technical: Configuration, Integrations, Interfaces, Data Migration, Customizations, API/Web Services.
• Experience integrating WFS with HRIS, Payroll, ERP systems.
• SQL and database concepts; strong troubleshooting and production support.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions; work with stakeholders.
• Experience implementing, enhancements, upgrades, and support.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Workforce Software (WFS) solutions.
• Gather business requirements and provide functional recommendations.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced WFS (Workforce Software), now part of ADP Workforce Management, Consultant with strong technical and functional expertise. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Workforce Software Time & Attendance solutions and possess relevant WFS/ADP certifications.

The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, HR, Payroll, and IT teams to deliver Workforce Management solutions, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance.
