About the Role

WorkForce Software, an ADP company, is hiring a Technical Implementation Consultant. As a Technical Implementation Consultant, you will work to deliver our WorkForce Software (WFS) Suite (Time, Scheduling, Integrations, etc.) in a way that solves the unique business challenges for each client. You will spend your day working with project teams to ensure our suite of products are being developed to comply with clients’ needs and are delivered successfully by configuring the software. A Technical Consultant performs coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting. You will continue to develop your skills in consulting, leadership, client relationships, and product knowledge by taking training courses and maintaining certifications.

What You'll Do
  • Configuration of the WorkForce Software (WFS) Suite (Time, Scheduling, etc.) according to the client business requirements.
  • Comprehension of the WorkForce Software Product configuration requirements (i.e., correct naming conventions and how this impacts the database, customizing templates, troubleshooting settings, proper sequence of product setting implementation).
  • Understanding of the project scope and implementation approach for assigned projects.
  • Guide complex issues including administrative and configuration challenges.
  • Communicate roadblocks and seek out guidance in a timely manner.
  • Create complex formulas that leverage mathematical and/or programming skills.
  • Perform unit and system testing of configured applications and ensure test cases pass as described by their requirements.
Qualifications
  • 2-4 years’ experience in software implementations.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience with a programming language, preferably JavaScript, HTML and SQL.
  • Experience implementing or training on a packaged software system or highly complex internally developed application.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills with a strong emphasis on Excel.
  • Understand waterfall and agile methodologies, frameworks, and practices in a services delivery role.
  • Demonstrates technical aptitude to learn quickly and adapts to new circumstances.
  • Ability to work on a dynamic, client-focused team and establish excellent working relationships.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% with the potential for international travel.
  • Associates located near an ADP or WorkForce office are expected to follow the ADP hybrid work model.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of WorkForce Software (WFS) and its proprietary language.
  • Consulting skills.
  • Familiarity with or background in HR, Payroll, or Workforce Management.
  • Experience providing application support for complex software systems.

Compensation

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is USD $55,500.00 - USD $103,700.00 / Year. Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
