Job summary

Gateway Fiber is seeking a detail‑oriented Workforce Management Coordinator in O’Fallon, MO to create and manage technician schedules, optimize routes, and support new customer activations. You’ll monitor arrivals, handle emergencies, and coordinate with Field Operations to keep service orders on track.

The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and proficiency with ticketing systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Experience creating and managing technician schedules.
• Proficient in data entry and reporting.
• Strong communication with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage technician schedules to ensure coverage.
• Actively monitor routes and adjust schedules for efficiency.
• Liaise with Field Operations for schedule changes and guidance on policies.
• Dispatch No-Light orders for same-day service calls.
• Work within Billing and Routing systems and continue learning.
