Job summary

Gateway Fiber is seeking a detail‑oriented Workforce Management Coordinator in O’Fallon, MO to create and manage technician schedules, optimize routes, and support new customer activations. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing technician schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
