Job summary

Connections to Success in Columbia, MO seeks a full-time Training Facilitator to deliver experiential workforce readiness and personal development curriculum to a diverse population. The role supports recruitment, participant engagement, transformation, and employment outcomes, with a focus on life transformation within the Columbia area.

The position requires coordinating training components, scheduling guest speakers, and collaborating with facilitators to run breakout sessions across multiple

Qualifications

2+ years of experience training/facilitating in a related field.
Knowledge of workforce development, poverty, re-entry, and learning strategies for diverse groups.
Flexible/adaptable with ability to work some nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

Coordinate components for training: assessments, rosters, background checks, and paperwork.
Schedule guest speakers and participant transportation.
Coordinate with facilitators to provide men’s and women’s breakout sessions.
Deliver engaging, experiential curriculum at CtS offices, institutions, partner sites, and schools.
Complete data reporting for grants and maintain confidentiality.
Ensure resumes and Life Plans are thorough and meet CtS templates.
Coordinate off-site experiential learning activities.
