Job summary

Alliance for Workforce Development, Inc. (AFWD) seeks a Service Coordinator to provide clerical and customer support to Workforce Development teams serving AJCC programs.

You will help with eligibility, intake, scheduling, and records, while maintaining accurate MIS and databases. The role involves fast-paced office work, travel as needed, and meeting program guidelines while delivering professional service to job seekers and employers in Grass Valley, CA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years of clerical or administrative experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid California Driver’s License and have a good driving record.
• WIOA program knowledge and MIS familiarity are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support for AFWD’s Business Services Team.
• Assist with processing reimbursement requests and documentation.
• Assist with job orders, employer outreach, and referrals.
• Greet and assist customers, provide timely, friendly service.
• Maintain accurate MIS and client records as required.
