Qualifications

• Trauma-informed and strengths-based approach.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload of workforce participants with weekly meetings.
• Assess needs and develop individualized service plans.
• Coordinate with community resources and employment partners.
• Maintain client records in data systems within 24 hours.
