Position Overview

This key leadership role involves establishing and executing the global organizational strategic plans for client partnerships. The role includes directing staffing, managing operations, ensuring high-quality customer service, financial profitability, and maintaining a satisfied workforce.

Responsibilities
  1. Leadership Responsibilities
  • Oversee regional staff and daily operations, standardize procedures across teams and departments.
  • Proactively address customer issues and understand financial metrics to guide operations.
  • Ensure staff are trained on all products and technology use.
  • Recruit, hire, and assess staff performance regularly.
  • Support customer satisfaction initiatives and ensure timely communication and issue resolution.
  • Manage payroll, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and equipment troubleshooting.
  • Confidentiality
    • Maintain security and confidentiality of medical records according to policies.
  • Customer Service Skills
    • Engage with clients to resolve service issues, conduct business reviews, and ensure customer retention.
  • Additional Duties
    • Assist the Director of Operations and perform other duties as assigned.
    Qualifications
    • High School Diploma or GED, 18+ years old, valid driver's license, and acceptable driving record.
    • Proven leadership skills, organizational ability, and effective communication.
    • Ability to work remotely, travel as required, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in business or related field, RHIT or RHIA certification, and operational management experience.
    Compensation & Benefits

    The estimated total cash compensation range is $57,000—$60,000 USD. We are committed to diversity, equal opportunity, and providing a supportive work environment.
