Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in workforce operations, organizational readiness, change management, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs and large-scale initiatives.
• Experience supporting workforce transitions, organizational transformation, or major event environments.
• Program and project management expertise.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce mobilization initiatives from planning through execution.
• Develop activation plans, readiness milestones, and implementation roadmaps.
• Support movement of workforce populations through lifecycle phases leading to Games-time.
• Identify workforce risks, dependencies, and readiness gaps and propose mitigations.
• Monitor workforce readiness progress and provide leadership with recommendations.
• Support workforce communication and engagement initiatives driving awareness and readiness.
• Facilitate workshops, readiness reviews, and workforce engagement activities.
• Partner with Communications and Workforce Integration teams to support transitions and change.
• Ensure workforce messaging aligns with mobilization objectives and milestones.
• Develop and maintain project plans, dashboards, status reports, and governance materials.
• Build cross-functional partnerships and influence stakeholders to achieve mobilization objectives.
• Represent Workforce Mobilization in planning meetings, working groups, and governance forums.
• Support continuous improvement of mobilization frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
• Lead special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.
