Job summary

LA28 is seeking a Workforce Mobilization Manager to lead mobilization and readiness programs across workforce planning, integration, and volunteer programs. You will translate workforce strategies into actionable plans, partner across teams, and drive Games-time readiness and employee experience.

The role reports to the Head of Workforce Mobilization and emphasizes program management, stakeholder engagement, and organizational readiness with a focus on delivering on-site, LA-based impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in workforce operations, organizational readiness, change management, employee experience, project management, human resources, or related disciplines strongly preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs and large-scale workforce or organizational initiatives.
• Experience supporting workforce transitions, organizational transformation, operational readiness, or major event environments preferred.
• Program and project management expertise.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive execution and operational readiness.
• Workforce-centric mindset with high emotional intelligence and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support assigned mobilization initiatives from planning through execution.
• Develop activation plans, readiness milestones, and roadmaps.
• Support movement of workforce populations through lifecycle phases leading to Games-time.
• Identify workforce risks, dependencies, and readiness gaps and mitigate.
• Monitor workforce readiness progress and advise leadership.
• Support workforce communication and engagement initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops, readiness reviews, and workforce engagement activities.
• Partner with Communications and Workforce Integration teams to support transitions.
