Job summary

LA28 is seeking a Workforce Mobilization Manager to lead initiatives that prepare LA28 workforce populations for Games-time operations. Reporting to the Head of Workforce Mobilization, you will partner across Functional Areas, Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition, Volunteer Programs, Communications, and Readiness teams to translate strategies into actionable plans.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Support assigned workforce mobilization initiatives from planning through execution, including developing workforce activation plans, readiness milestones, and implementation roadmaps.
• Support the movement of workforce populations through key workforce lifecycle phases leading to Games-time.
• Identify workforce risks, dependencies, and readiness gaps, recommend mitigation strategies, and monitor readiness progress to provide recommendations to leadership.
• Support workforce communication and engagement initiatives that drive awareness, preparedness, and connection, and facilitate workshops, readiness reviews, and workforce engagement activities.
• Partner with Communications and Workforce Integration teams to support workforce transitions and organizational change, ensuring messaging and engagement align with mobilization objectives and operational milestones.
• Partner with People Management teams to support workforce experience initiatives that enhance engagement, connection, and readiness.
• Gather workforce insights and feedback to improve mobilization programs and employee experience, and support workforce segmentation strategies for diverse workforce populations.
• Serve as the mobilization lead for assigned workforce populations and organizational initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, dashboards, status reports, and governance materials, and support continuous improvement of workforce mobilization frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
• Build strong cross-functional partnerships, influence stakeholders, and represent Workforce Mobilization in planning meetings, working groups, and governance forums.
• Lead special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.
