Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Workforce Manager to lead workforce management for the Kentucky Health Benefits Exchange Team. The role focuses on forecasting, scheduling, real-time monitoring, and delivering data-driven insights to optimize service delivery.

Candidates should have experience in workforce planning, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to improve staffing strategies and operational processes. This is a contingent position pending contract award.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study or equivalent
• 5+ years of professional experience in workforce management or related field
• 3+ years of experience supervising staff
• 5+ years in a contact center environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for the program, including staffing, performance monitoring, QA, training and subcontractor management
• Ensure contract compliance with state/federal regulations and corporate policies
• Manage direct reports and cost-effective operation of project tasks
• Collaborate with other managers to coordinate activities
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
• Establish relationships with clients and external entities
• Monitor KPIs and drive improvements in service levels and efficiency
• Develop performance goals for staff and monitor progress
