Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Workforce Manager to support our Kentucky Health Benefits Exchange Team. The role leads workforce planning, forecasting, scheduling, and real-time monitoring to drive efficient delivery and data‑driven decisions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in workforce planning, strong analytical skills, and a track record of cross‑functional collaboration to improve staffing strategies and processes. This is contingent on contract award and supports U.S. operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of relevant professional experience described in the posting.
• 3+ years of experience supervising staff.
• 5+ years in a contact center environment, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily program operations including staffing, performance monitoring, QA, training, subcontractor management, auditing and compliance.
• Ensure contract compliance with state and federal regulations and corporate policies.
• Manage direct reports and the cost‑effective operation of all project tasks.
• Oversee subcontractors providing services to the program.
• Lead audits of operations and collaborate with other managers.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures with key stakeholders.
• Maintain relationships with clients and external entities and improve service levels.
