Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Workforce Manager to support the Kentucky Health Benefits Exchange Team. The role leads workforce management, forecasting and scheduling staffing resources, and real-time performance monitoring to enable data-driven operational decisions.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytics, workforce planning experience, and a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve staffing strategies and processes. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 3+ years supervising/managing staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for a program, including staffing and performance monitoring.
• Ensure contract compliance with state and federal regulations and policies.
• Manage direct reports and cost-effective operation of tasks.
• Manage subcontractors and audits of operations.
• Collaborate with other Managers for coordination.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures with stakeholders.
• Maintain client relationships and drive service improvements.
• Monitor KPIs and drive staffing solutions.
