Maximus is seeking a Workforce Manager to support the Kentucky Health Benefits Exchange Team. This role leads workforce management operations, forecasting and scheduling staffing resources, monitors performance in real time, and provides data-driven insights for operational decisions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in workforce planning, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve staffing strategies and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience.
• 3+ years of supervising/managing staff.
• 5+ years of contact center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for a program, including staffing and performance monitoring.
• Ensure contract and regulatory compliance.
• Lead direct reports and manage costs.
• Oversee subcontractors providing services.
• Drive audits of operations and improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with other Managers to coordinate activities.
• Develop and implement policies with stakeholders.
• Maintain relationships with clients and external entities.
