Wide Angle Youth Media seeks a Workforce Manager to lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of workforce training programs within EMPLOY initiatives in Baltimore. Position Summary: The Workforce Manager leads the development, implementation, and evaluation of workforce training programs within Wide Angle Youth Media’s EMPLOY initiatives. This role is responsible for overseeing pre-apprenticeship (with a focus on social media), internship, and apprenticeship pathways that prepare youth (ages 18–26) for careers in media, communications, and creative industries. The Workforce Manager ensures alignment with workforce development standards, builds employer partnerships, and supports equitable access to career pathways for youth from historically underserved communities. Please note: this is a new, grant‑funded position created to support a specific initiative. Funding is currently secured for approximately 24 months, and continuation of the position beyond that period will depend on future grant funding.
